I’ve worked closely with founders, management teams, and investors through growth, transition, and everything in between — helping businesses drive growth and improvement while navigating complex decisions around capital, ownership, and long-term strategy.Before launching this effort, I worked at firms including Stifel Financial, Griffin Financial Group, and family office-backed investment firms.My goal now is to take on a leadership role, work alongside the team, and build something lasting — not just for myself, but for the people and community around the business.I bring curiosity, grit, and a bias for action, along with financial acumen and sound business judgement. My goal is to honor what’s already working, bring a fresh perspective where it’s needed, and grow responsibly with the right people in place.
